"M&V" Post Project Services
A permanent and ongoing databasethat's often cloud based. APIs continuously mine the data to generate feedback for the “smart building” controls and develop management reports. Anomalies where data falls outside of acceptable operating parameters generates “SMS” alerts to key personnel for immediate attention.
"ECM" Energy Conservation Measures or Management.
"API" Application programing Interface of database content.
"SMS" Pre established criteria that triggers an alert to a designated "smartphone" or other system.
"M&V" Monitoring and Verification devices continuously log individual system energy/fuel consumption data. It's recorded
in the database (usually cloud based) and mined via API's to generate individual performance parameters; commonly referred to as the "Benchmark".
